Serving as Branch Manager of the Memphis office, Mack is responsible for partnering with and advising his team of advisors. He understands the importance of strong communication among his team of advisors, and he is truly committed to their success. Mack continuously strives to surpass the status quo, and his strong leadership and collaborative efforts with the rest of the Waddell & Reed team allows him to do so.
Mack's ultimate objective is to ensure all clients are offered a financial planning experience that is grounded in practical guidance. By encouraging the Financial Advisors he oversees to be genuinely inquisitive with their clients, Mack works to help them understand their clients' values, goals, and aspirations. Similarly, he aims to have the advisors create an impact on the clients' financial positions by providing measurable and identifiable results.
Mack attended the University of Texas, then transferred to the University of Mississippi where he graduated with a BBA in Managerial Finance. Prior to his collegiate career, Mack attended Jesuit College Preparatory School in his hometown of Dallas, TX.
